Bryan Wenthe has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. His early years included loading and unloading trucks in a family lumber business as well as working on specialty contracting crews in the operation. Upon graduation from Eastern Illinois University, his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Minor in Business Administration has been utilized in the material supply and framing component industry.  He Is the President and Co-Owner of Fieldcrest Development, LLC, Fieldcrest Homes, and Timberlake Construction Solutions.

Bryan is the fourth generation of a family that has worked in and supported the Effingham area construction industry through advocacy and volunteerism.  His leadership helped in the founding and creation of the Effingham County area high school’s Construction Trades Education Curriculum (CTEC).  He has served in senior leadership on the Home Builders Association of East Central Illinois and Effingham Area Home Builders Association Board of Directors.  After spending several years traveling between Champaign and Effingham, he now makes Lake Sara in Effingham his primary residence.
